Edmunds Car Stories

My passion is creating extraordinary experiences for real people.

At Edmunds, we help 20 million real people every month, but almost never get to put a name and a face to the people who visit us. I wanted to bring those people to life, both on our website and for our employees.

As Vice President of User Experience, I spearheaded an initiative to capture and share real user testimonials through a series of videos we called Edmunds Car Stories.  To capture these stories, I led a cross-departmental team spanning marketing, editorial, video, design and research. This story, featuring Laura and her beloved olive green Kia Soul, is one of my favorites.
