  • Most senior Design & Research leader for all of Amazon Smart Vehicles (ASV), reporting to the L10 CEO-equivalent. Led a multi-disciplinary team including product design, UX design, voice UI design, UX research and distracted driving research. Leader of L7 Leaders. 
  • Led/ owned creation and implementation of Amazon’s white-label multimodal tokenized design system for the automotive industry.
  • Led design and integration of all content domains for the car including entertainment (Prime Video, Audible, Amazon Music, Amazon Games), Safety (Ring), Communications (phone, text), Apps, Alexa Skills, Search, Navigation & Map integration (Tom Tom, Google Maps), and Car Control (climate control, seats, windows, etc.) 
  • Led successful design launches of ASV software into 25+ of the worlds largest automotive brands. These launches drove ASV to be the most financially profitable division of the entire Alexa organization
  • Drove improvements to the software setup, registration and new user experience that increased registration completion rates from 30% to over 90%. 
  • Spearheaded UX research and created a customer insights strategy doc that was reviewed by ASV’s most senior leaders and influenced them to change ASV’s 3 Year Plan and Product Roadmap to focus resources on the most pressing needs of drivers and passengers.
